You don't have to have loads of natural talent. Being able to draw pictures, even at a basic level.
1. To start with, doodle cartoons can be cute or scary. They can be: smiling, growling, beaming or scowling.
2. Start with an egg shape example draw a cute little hamsters.
3. Draw whatever around you. Do not be afraid to draw something.
4. After you finished doodling. Show your drawings to others.
5. Keep what you doodle.
6. Do this all the time.
These are simple tips to learn doodle.
